Join a small group of photo enthusiasts and explore Kitsap Peninsula with an eye on some of the best photo locations on the peninsula.
The tour is lead by a local photographer familiar with the best locations to take pictures and the best time of day to be there.
Never more than 12 guests on a tour, you will be comfortable in our mini bus and make friends with the other like minded guests. With a small group, photographers of all levels will feel comfortable and have opportunities to get some great shots.
Our tour runs rain or shine and the photo stops will vary depending on the season, the weather, any migrating wildlife and other variables.
Enjoy mid day break for lunch (lunch not included in cost) at one of our local eateries.

Our beautiful bus is a new luxury mini bus has a low-step entry with an electric door, stand-up center aisle, reclining leather seats, sound system, public address system, TV/DVD player, and a separate rear compartment for any purchases you may make.
This vehicle was selected to allow us to get to many interesting
Washington locations that are inaccessible for larger motor coaches or low-slung limousines. Its higher seating and large windows allow better viewing of the stunning scenery and views. We have room for up to 12 guests.

Take the 9:35AM ferry from Seattle (Pier 52 - 801 Alaskan Way) to start your photo safari with a scenic trip across Puget Sound to Bainbridge Island. Enjoy views of the Seattle skyline, marine traffic, the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges including majestic Mount Rainier. Keep a look out for wildlife including whales! You may get some of your best pictures of the day during the ferry crossing.
We will pick you up just outside the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal or see the reservation form for other locations.
Photo safaris vary with each trip based on time of year, wildlife sightings, weather conditions and other factors.
We will stop at three to four primary locations as well as impromptu locations if they present themselves. We try to stay flexible to take advantage of good photo oportunities.
Some of our favorite stops are the Point No Point Lighthouse and beach, the historic town of Port Gamble, Seabeck with spectacular views of the Olympics and during much of the year Bald Eagles can be seen.
Lunch will vary with different tours; we will eat together or lunch may be on your own depending on where we stop (individual checks).
At the end of the tour you can continue to shoot in Winslow, the downtown district of Bainbridge Island, just enjoy a little shopping and dining in Winslow or we will return you to the ferry in time to take the 4:35 ferry back to Seattle.

An overnight bag if you decide to extend and spend more time with us!

Walk on the 9:35 AM Washington State ferry from Pier 52 - 801 Alaskan Way - on the Seattle waterfront to Bainbridge Island. Ferry tickets can be purchased at the dock. Ferries depart on time; plan to arrive at the pier no less than 10 minutes before your ferry departs. We will meet you just outside the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal. Other pick-up locations available - options when you register.
Drop-Off
Your choices are to be dropped off at the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal in time for the 4:35 ferry to Seattle OR you may linger in downtown Winslow and enjoy the dining and shopping options before walking to the ferry OR we will return you to your pick-up point. You also have the option to remain on Bainbridge Island for the night. We are happy to help recommend lodging within walking distance of the ferry.
